Mulmit은 공개된 시장 데이터를 모아 보여주는 정보 서비스입니다. 투자 자문이 아니며, 어떤 종목을 사거나 팔라고 권유하지 않습니다.

가장 중요한 것 — 이 화면의 숫자는 투자 판단의 근거로 삼기에 충분하지 않습니다. 실제 매매 전에는 반드시 거래소, 증권사, 원 발행기관의 공식 자료로 값을 다시 확인하세요. Mulmit을 보고 내린 결정의 결과는 전적으로 이용자 본인의 책임입니다.

1. 투자 자문이 아닙니다

Mulmit은 금융투자업자가 아니며, 투자자문업·투자일임업·유사투자자문업 등 어떤 형태의 인허가나 신고도 받지 않았습니다. 이 사이트는 다음을 제공하지 않습니다.

화면에 나타나는 해석 문구(예: 특정 지표의 일반적인 참고 구간)는 지표를 읽는 방법에 대한 일반적인 설명이며, 특정 시점의 매매 신호가 아닙니다.

2. 표시되는 값이 무엇인지

Mulmit은 데이터의 출처와 성격을 숨기지 않습니다. 특히 다음 구분은 반드시 이해하고 보셔야 합니다.

합성 무기한선물은 현물 가격이 아닙니다

현재 자산 카드와 주말 신호의 값은 trade.xyz가 Hyperliquid HIP-3에 상장한 합성 무기한선물(synthetic perpetual)의 참고값입니다. 다음을 뜻하지 않습니다.

이 시장은 유동성이 얕을 수 있고 펀딩비와 레버리지의 영향을 받습니다. 마크 가격과 오라클 가격이 벌어질 수 있으며, 실제 기초자산과 상당한 차이가 날 수 있습니다.

주말 신호는 월요일 예측이 아닙니다

주말에 표시되는 신호는 정규장이 닫힌 동안 파생시장에서 형성된 참고 가격입니다. 거래량이 매우 적을 수 있고, 다음 거래일의 시가나 방향을 예측하지 않습니다.

공시는 원문 그대로, 요약하지 않습니다

내부자거래 화면은 미국 증권거래위원회 EDGAR의 Form 3·4·5 원문에 보고된 항목을 그대로 옮깁니다. Mulmit은 이를 매수·매도 신호로 재해석하지 않습니다. 특히 임직원 보상으로 받은 주식 부여(A), 스톡옵션·RSU 행사(M), 세금 원천징수를 위한 주식 상계(F)는 본인의 시장 매매 결정이 아니므로 시장 매수(P)·매도(S) 합계에 넣지 않습니다. 다른 서비스의 "내부자 순매수" 숫자와 다르게 보일 수 있는데, 이는 오류가 아니라 의도한 구분입니다.

연결되지 않은 값은 비워 둡니다

데이터 공급자와의 표시 권리가 확인되지 않았거나 아직 연결되지 않은 지표는 숫자를 만들어 채우지 않고 미연결, 권리 확인 중, 라이선스 필요, 비활성 같은 상태로 표시합니다. 화면이 비어 있다면 그 값을 아직 신뢰할 수 없다는 뜻입니다. 각 데이터 경로의 현재 상태는 /api/status에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

3. 정확성과 지연

Mulmit은 데이터의 정확성, 완전성, 적시성을 보증하지 않습니다. 값은 지연될 수 있고, 공급자 장애나 수집 실패로 오래된 값이 남아 있을 수 있습니다. 화면에는 기준 시각과 신선도를 함께 표시하니 반드시 확인하세요. 과거의 성과는 미래의 결과를 보장하지 않습니다.

확률 분포나 시뮬레이션 결과가 표시되는 경우, 이는 과거 데이터에 특정 가정을 적용해 계산한 참고 범위이며 미래에 대한 예측이 아닙니다. 가정이 바뀌면 결과도 바뀝니다.

4. 원 제공자의 조건

각 데이터에는 원 발행기관이나 공급자의 이용 조건이 적용될 수 있습니다. 화면과 API 응답에는 출처와 관련 조건 링크를 함께 표시합니다. Mulmit의 공개 API로 값을 받아 재사용하려는 경우, 그 재사용에 대한 권리는 이용자가 직접 원 제공자에게 확인해야 합니다.

5. 책임의 한계

Mulmit은 개인 프로젝트로 있는 그대로(as-is) 제공되며, 서비스의 중단 없는 제공이나 오류 없는 동작을 보장하지 않습니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, Mulmit의 정보를 이용하거나 이용할 수 없어서 발생한 손실이나 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

Mulmit is not a licensed financial firm and holds no registration or authorisation as an investment adviser or discretionary manager. This site does not provide:

Interpretation notes shown beside indicators describe how a measure is generally read. They are not trading signals for any particular moment.

2. What the figures actually are

Mulmit does not hide the origin or nature of its data. These distinctions matter:

Synthetic perpetuals are not spot prices

Asset cards and weekend signals currently show reference values from synthetic perpetual futures listed by trade.xyz through Hyperliquid HIP-3. They do not mean:

These markets can be thin and are affected by funding rates and leverage. Mark and oracle prices can diverge, and both can differ materially from the underlying asset.

Weekend signals are not Monday forecasts

Signals shown at the weekend are reference prices formed in derivative markets while regular sessions are closed. Volume can be very low, and they do not predict the next session's open or direction.

Filings are relayed, not summarised

The insider view relays what was reported in SEC EDGAR Forms 3, 4 and 5. Mulmit does not reinterpret those lines as buy or sell signals. Compensation events — share grants (A), option or RSU exercises (M) and shares surrendered for tax withholding (F) — are not open-market decisions, so they are excluded from the open-market purchase (P) and sale (S) totals. Figures here may therefore differ from another site's "net insider buying". That is a deliberate distinction, not an error.

Unavailable values stay blank

Indicators whose display rights are unconfirmed, or which are not yet connected, are never filled with an invented number. They show a state instead: not connected, rights pending, license required or disabled. A blank card means the value is not yet trustworthy. The current state of each data lane is visible at /api/status.

3. Accuracy and delay

Mulmit makes no warranty as to accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Values may be delayed, and a provider outage can leave a stale figure on screen. Each value is shown with its as-of time and freshness — please read them. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Where probability distributions or simulations appear, they are reference ranges computed by applying stated assumptions to historical data, not predictions. Change the assumptions and the output changes.

4. Original providers' terms

Each dataset may carry terms from its publisher or provider. Sources and the relevant terms links are shown alongside the values and in the API responses. If you intend to reuse values obtained through Mulmit's public API, you are responsible for confirming that reuse directly with the original provider.

5. Limitation of liability

Mulmit is a personal project provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the information here.
