이용약관
Mulmit(mulmit.com)은 무료로 공개된 시장 데이터 대시보드입니다. 이 약관은 사이트와 공개 API를 이용할 때 적용됩니다.
1. 서비스의 성격
Mulmit은 공개된 시장·거시·공시 데이터를 모아 보여주는 정보 서비스이며, 개인이 운영합니다. 공개 화면은 회원가입이나 이용 요금 없이 쓸 수 있습니다. 고정 종목 동기화와 알림을 위한 Google·Kakao 선택 로그인을 제공합니다. 운영비를 충당하기 위해 광고를 도입할 예정입니다 — 도입 시점과 그때 달라지는 처리 내용은 개인정보처리방침에 먼저 적습니다.
Mulmit은 금융투자업자가 아니고 투자 자문을 제공하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 면책 고지를 반드시 함께 읽어 주세요.
2. 이용 조건
사이트를 여는 것만으로 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 다음 행위는 허용되지 않습니다.
- 서비스 운영을 방해할 정도의 과도한 자동 요청
- 요청 빈도 제한을 우회하기 위한 헤더 위조나 분산 요청
- 서버·인프라에 대한 무단 침입 시도, 취약점 스캔, 서비스 거부 공격
- Mulmit이 제공하는 정보를 투자 자문인 것처럼 재배포하거나, 출처를 왜곡해 인용하는 행위
보안 취약점을 발견하면 공개적으로 게시하기 전에 admin@mulmit.com으로 알려 주세요.
3. 공개 API 사용
공개 시장 데이터 API는 인증 없이 열려 있습니다. 계정 변경과 투표 API는 로그인이 필요합니다. 다만 공개되어 있다는 사실이 무제한 사용이나 재배포 권리를 뜻하지는 않습니다.
- 요청 빈도 제한이 적용되며, 초과 시
429가 반환됩니다. - 응답 구조와 필드는 사전 공지 없이 바뀔 수 있습니다. 운영 목적의 의존은 권장하지 않습니다.
- 가장 중요한 점: 응답에 담긴 값에는 각 원 제공자의 이용 조건이 그대로 적용됩니다. Mulmit을 경유했다고 해서 그 조건이 사라지지 않습니다. 받은 값을 재배포하거나 상업적으로 이용하려면 원 제공자에게 직접 권리를 확인해야 합니다.

source와rights필드에 출처와 조건이 함께 담겨 있습니다.
4. 데이터 출처와 표시 상태
Mulmit은 표시 권리가 확인된 데이터만 공개합니다. 확인 전이거나 계약이 필요한 지표는 값을 만들어 채우지 않고 상태만 표시합니다. 공급자별 판정 근거는 데이터 공급자·권리 등록부로 관리하며 contact@mulmit.com으로 요청하시면 제공합니다. 현재 각 데이터 경로의 상태는 /api/status에서 볼 수 있습니다.
원 제공자의 조건이 바뀌거나 권리가 확인되지 않으면 해당 데이터는 예고 없이 비활성화될 수 있습니다.
5. 지식재산권
Mulmit의 소스코드에 대한 권리는 운영자에게 있습니다. 반면 사이트에 표시되는 시장 데이터 자체의 권리는 각 원 제공자에게 있으며 Mulmit에 있지 않습니다. Mulmit이라는 이름과 화면 디자인은 운영자에게 귀속됩니다.
기업 로고와 상표는 각 권리자의 것입니다. Mulmit은 종목을 알아보기 쉽게 하려고
각 회사가 자사 웹사이트에 공개해 둔 아이콘을 내려받아 표시하며, 이는 해당 회사·상표와의
제휴·후원·보증을 뜻하지 않습니다. 외부 로고 서비스를 링크하지 않고 직접 받아 두는 이유는
읽는 사람의 방문 기록이 제3자에게 넘어가지 않게 하기 위해서입니다. 각 이미지의 출처 주소와
받은 날짜는 /static/logos/index.json에 그대로 남겨 둡니다.
권리자가 요청하면 확인 후 지체 없이 내립니다(아래 연락처). 로고가 없는 종목은
티커 글자로 대신 표시합니다.
6. 서비스 변경과 중단
개인이 운영하는 프로젝트이므로 특정 수준의 가용성을 약속하지 않습니다. 기능, 데이터 항목, API 경로는 사전 공지 없이 추가·변경·중단될 수 있으며, 서비스 전체가 종료될 수도 있습니다.
7. 면책
Mulmit은 있는 그대로(as-is) 제공되며, 정확성·완전성·적시성·특정 목적 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, Mulmit의 이용 또는 이용 불가로 발생한 직접· 간접·부수적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 투자 판단과 그 결과는 이용자 본인의 책임입니다. 전체 내용은 면책 고지를 참고하세요.
8. 개인정보
공개 시세와 지난 투표 결과는 로그인 없이 볼 수 있습니다. 종목 고정·알림·투표는 Google 또는 Kakao 로그인이 필요합니다. 계정과 서버 데이터는 계정과 알림에서 삭제할 수 있습니다. 처리 범위는 개인정보처리방침에 적혀 있습니다.
9. 약관 변경
약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신합니다. 변경 이후에도 사이트를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

Terms of Use
Mulmit (mulmit.com) is a free, publicly readable market-data dashboard. These terms apply when you use the site or its public API.
1. What this service is
Mulmit gathers and displays public market, macroeconomic and regulatory-filing data. It is run by an individual. Public screens require no account or fee. Google or Kakao sign-in is used for pin sync, alerts and voting. Advertising is planned to cover running costs — when it arrives, and what changes then, is written into the privacy policy first.
Mulmit is not a licensed financial firm and provides no investment advice. Please read the disclaimer alongside these terms.
2. Acceptable use
Opening the site constitutes acceptance of these terms. The following are not permitted:
- Automated requests heavy enough to disrupt the service
- Forging headers or distributing requests to evade rate limits
- Intrusion attempts, vulnerability scanning or denial-of-service attacks
- Redistributing Mulmit's information as though it were investment advice, or citing it with a distorted source
If you find a security vulnerability, please report it via admin@mulmit.com before disclosing it publicly.
3. Using the public API
Public market-data API endpoints are open without authentication; account mutations and voting require sign-in. Being open is not the same as being unlimited, and it is not a grant of redistribution rights.
- Rate limits apply; exceeding them returns
429. - Response shapes and fields may change without notice. Do not depend on them in production.
- Most importantly: the values in a response remain subject to each original provider's terms. Passing through Mulmit does not remove them. If you intend to redistribute or commercially use what you receive, confirm those rights with the original provider yourself.
- Every response carries
sourceandrightsfields stating the origin and conditions.
4. Data sources and display states
Mulmit publishes only data whose display rights have been established. Where rights are unconfirmed or a licence is required, no number is invented — a state is shown instead. The per-provider reasoning is kept in a data source register, available on request at contact@mulmit.com. The live state of each lane is visible at /api/status.
If a provider's terms change or rights cannot be confirmed, the affected data may be disabled without notice.
5. Intellectual property
Mulmit's source code belongs to the operator. The market data itself belongs to its original providers, not to Mulmit. The Mulmit name and interface design belong to the operator.
Company logos and trademarks belong to their owners. Mulmit displays icons that
each company publishes on its own website, solely so a security can be recognised at a glance.
This implies no affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those companies. We copy
the files rather than linking a logo service so that no third party learns which pages a reader
is viewing; the source URL and fetch date of every image are kept in
/static/logos/index.json. On a rights holder's request we remove the image
without delay (contact below). Securities without a logo show their ticker instead.
6. Changes and interruption
As a personal project run by an individual, no particular level of availability is promised. Features, data series and API paths may be added, changed or withdrawn without notice, and the service may be discontinued entirely.
7. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
Mulmit is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for direct, indirect or incidental loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Investment decisions and their outcomes are your own responsibility. See the disclaimer for the full text.
8. Privacy
Public market data and past voting results work without sign-in. Pinning symbols, alerts and voting require Google or Kakao sign-in. Accounts and associated data can be deleted on Account and alerts. Processing is described in the privacy policy.
9. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the effective date on this page is updated. Continuing to use the site afterwards constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
